Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items including beauty products, skincare, perfumes, and intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened or used.
